That was madness. He nearly got the rider in front off you when he was overtaking him.

Wow - won't excuse the truck's behavior - sounds like he got what was coming to him. ******

I can see how they would have hostility against sportriders if sportbikes are constantly flying around their homes way above the speed limit. There are families and kids there and it can be a dangerous situation. Triple digits on the Busa doesn't feel like much, but when you are passing a car going 45 it's a different feeling for the cager. Squids ruin it for sportbike riders and do not leave a good impression on the locals. Unfortunately for the responsible ones, they all get lumped into the same category.

There'll be a lot of mountain roads at the bash next week. just sayin'

There are a LOT of "Dragon" locals who have a real hatred for bike riders (some of it justified unfortunately). They really like to throw gravel into blind turns going to the Cherahola, and you can ask racerv about the one that tried to bump him off the road a few years ago. Word to the wise: While you may do a lot of passing, don't 'smoke' someone when you pass; keep your RPM's down if you can and always remember to wave 'THANK YOU'....
