Hey just to let you know there are two Bike Weeks at Myrtle Beach in May. Their is The Carolina Harley Bike Week is pretty much 99% cruisers, which is the first part of May. Then there is Memorial Day (WEEKEND) Bike Week, more frequently referred to as Black Bike Week since it was started by a local black bike club about 25 years ago. The latter is the one where you will find the overwhelming majority of sports bikes. And this year there are dealers and manufacturers who are going to be there as well as the regulars Trick Ryding Clubs, etc.

Whether you are black or white if you ride a sports bike then it memorial day weekend that you want to be in Myrtle. I've been down for both, and Harley Week isn't the friendlist place for a "rice rocketeer" to have a great time. But now that you have the info the choice is yours

i know plenty of harley dudes heading down but the first week
is the best week this i know from past trips
besides its not what you ride its that you ride!!
from mass i will be with at least 15 rocket men of many makes
and models.. thanks for the info

Hey STUNNAH and everyone else going down Memorial Day Weekend get your room online before the first of the year and you'lll save BIG$$$$ I usually reserve mine in the fall and pay about $50 a night compared to $100-$125+

I be at Quality Inn By the Shore this year.. located at the Paviliion right off the main strip..

local stuff closes down do to madness if you can post your eta
and hotel info i will find you all for a group ride and photo ops

I was there for the first time last year and it was all that. The Ruff Ryders did the damb thang that weekend, with two nights of parties, and escorting 15+ super fine women clubs down the main strip on that saturday had a brotha droolin' from start to finish. But this year RR's won't be there, we will be in Miami for the same type of event to party with the RR music artist's, and all the super fine dime pieces down there, HOLLA!!

I'ld love to go down to miami, me and a partner talked about it but he's not sure if he can get off and i don't wanna roll that far solo....but then again

I'ts going to be a good time. The main features are certain R&B and Rap national recording artists will be performing. A lot of bikini contest's, and much more. I think I can sum it up by saying, things that go on at this beach party are what guys dream of seeing, and for those that are lucky they get to participate.

Me and a few of my partners will be at Black Bike Week. Staying at the caravelle, hopefully (still trying to get everyones money) But I will be glad to set up a meeting of the board members for both Busa.org and suzbusa.org.

Although I am very familiar with this board. This is my 1st. post. I would like to say I am glad to know that there are thousands just like me. Myself, as well as, 4 other busa riders from Alabama will be attending Black Bike Week Myrtle Beach '03. Holla at me lets organize an all busa ride.
