Meet -N- Greet Schedule of Events

Ok,
Here is a schedule of events for our event.

Thursday mid-day:

---- I will arrive at the resort. There will be map booklets
---- available for people to ride Thursday afternoon and
---- Friday.

Friday Morning:

---- KS-Bug, crew and I will be going to Sam's Club to get ---- the items needed for the cookout Saturday.

Friday Afternoon:

---- Pre-ride the Saturday ride for selected members .


Saturday Morning:

---- 0900 Gather for the group ride
---- 1000 Depart
---- ~1230 Lunch (Cafe already reserved)
---- 2:30 return to resort

Most of us are staying at Point West resort, which is east of Eureka Springs near Beaver Lake. There's a map on page 9 of the Meet 'n' Greet thread.

Thanks to semicps's hospitality, my plans have been updated. I'll be riding down tonight after work, so I should be there about 7
