Pretty sure I smoked before this ride. In fact I'm pretty sure I smoked before almost every ride, as I smoke morning to night daily.
Ill be totally transparent here I have been smoking daily for over 20 years. The longest I have been with out was after hurricane Katrina while I was doing disaster relief and had no access to any, that was about 6 months. Next to that prob 2 weeks. I have worked a job since I was 14, rarely have ever been suck, rarely missed work. I ran a production crew of 10 guys. I'm currently a successful salesman. My boss says im a productive pothead lol! I professionally raced superbikes from 1998 to 2004, in 2004 my teammate and I were the 2004 heavy weight endurance pacing champions. Just FYI I was the fast guy.
The only time I chose to not smoke was the morning of race day UNLESS it was raining. RAINING? Smoking? WTF, Why? Cause it slowed me a lil it made me a lil more cautious. I was just out there riding laps, calm and happy. I never thought it effected my ability to go fast or react I just didn't want to crash or loose and wonder if it was cause I was "high" It was more like a strange race day superstition.

You could test them for being impaired by alcohol easy enough. But with Mary Jane it is not so cut an dry seeing as how it can stay in the person's system for 30 days after just 1 use. Not sure if the amount could or can be measured.
you can go to the ghetto the trailer park the suburbs and even to an amish community and your gonna find marijuana. Everybody has at least tried it or know somebody that has or is still doing it. Not everybody that smoked a joint turns into a raging crackhead and a total loser. More people have died from drinking whether it be vehicle crash, drowning, falling, or alcohol poisining than people have choked on taking a hit of that stuff for the 1st time. Why not legalize it and make a profit from it and use it for some good like getting rid of this Ginormous National Debt? You dont have to be street savy or connected to get a hold of the stuff now. In California and Colorado its legal and you can get a prescription for "medicinal" purposes for damn near anything.......... I stubbed my toe, oh heres a scrip, Im worried about paying my bills, oh you suffer from anxiety heres a scrip. Its no longer relegated to cancer or chemo patients so whats the point in fighting the inevitable? When you think about it they already test for it when you submit to a blood test for a DUI, Employers still test for it so you still might not be able to even if it was, and you cant even find a safe and legal place to smoke a cigarrette in a public area so you dont have to worry about people all of a sudden blazing up all over the place
