Lemon laws by state

Okay, so a friend of mine bought a brand new CBR1000RR this past March. In may, the stator went bad at 2400 miles. Tonight, his stator went bad again at 4800 miles.

What's his recourse going to be if it goes out again at 7200 when its out of warranty? Anyone have a listing of lemon laws by state as they apply to motorcycles?

Buy the extended warranty.

Fully insure it and then ride it like you stole it,every ride out.....

My Boys brand new 07 1000 RR lost it's left rear sets 20 miles out of the dealership nearly killing him.

Talk about improper delivery.
