Is this normal ?

Is it normal to have paint chips right under there ?

I m working on diagnosing a rear brake fluid leak . My theory was that the brake fluid came in contact with that area and chipped the paint.

they are very small chips but everywhere under.

funny , caus . I dont have any under the front fairing but that little dog bone cover area is infested.
