High Mount HMF Single system.>

Has anyone out there had problems installing a high mount HMF on their busa. I'm having a problem with the Y pipe under the back section of the bike. Where the small plastic is. 2 bolt hold the front plastics secure and the back 2 bolts hold the back section to the frame. This section is right on top of the pipe and it's definitly going to melt. Any Help out there?

yeah i run it and well mine melted i was lazy and didn't do anything what i shoulda done was this

Wrape the pipe with header wrap, then apply some heat sheilding to the belly pan you can also try using some washers to space it away
