helmet help

I think I have it narrowed down to two choice. Just wanted opinions on what everyone thinks. The brand/model is the same so it is strictly cosmetic. Which one do you like better? Keep in mind I ride the 08 grey and black....

I've seen them but these are a few I narrowed it down to that are on closeout in my size. The price is good on them. I like the crest as well, but wasn't sure if it would match my 08 grey and black. It appears to be a little more gold than grey, even though the item description lists it as grey black (tc5). Still, I have the gold Kanji on the bike and I don't think it would look to bad, but that is why I asked for help deciding.???
