But that´s the old style the new will be perfect in symetrie
upper lower brace,

Time plan already distrubed i have to send back the billet out-put
shaft to GB they make the distiches wrong. Wrong diameter and
0,4 mm wrong position. But that´s live....

Get the last missing part of motor

Yesterday the output-shaft arrived
from the island hehehe
The distiches are right now:bowdown:
And a picture of the cylinder head that it´s possible to run 23psi
without ignition retard at 9.2:1compression with 98 octan.
So in 2 weeks i get it back and than i have to push hard to get back
in the time schedule.

Special Plenum

So next week i start with my plenum style no.5
A new design of a bicameral manifold.
Have just to calculate the volumen of each chamber and the
special slots and than integrate the secondaries flow optimizes.

Depending on hp, distance of 1-4 and diameter
of the throttle body and the whole lenght from stacks to the valves.

I think thats the first for a hayabusa but someone have to start...

Im all about bracing the arm, but why under, and over braced? Isnt that like wearing 2 condoms? Safer, but not really needed.

Either way, gyou got some good fab skills bro.

Extension for the Monster

Just get yesterday my new extension done
5-axis machining center
Material 6082 good enough but still ok to weld

1" to 4" over stock lenght old style with new brake style
Tomorrow i will prepare the swingarm on the milling machine
Next week strip it and then go to the welder

Slowly it´s going on....
Had some delivery problems hehe
Swing arm is still missing the welder have to much work :banghead:

Tomorrow the motor goes inside the frame.
Some special work on the compressor housing and on the inlet pipe,
but now the header should be able to set up. A combination between
sidewinder and 4in2 have to work out this next month.
