To be totally fair to the viper fellow...it was probably built to be a highway monster...because well

Some people can put them in the 10's stock. And 900hp to go .5 faster isn't the goal..hopefully anyway.
Someone forgot to mention to the driver of this SRT he was driving an Ecobox...to a 7.9 @188mph
