There's quite a bit to do...ES is kind of a resort town. There's lots of shopping, spas and stuff for kids, too.

We go quite often, like Diana said, lots of shopping. Go downtown and park, walk your heart out to all the neat little shops.

What kind of shopping? When I called the hotel they told me there's art stores, but the person Im trying to bring its not into art
Whats stuff for kids?

Thanks

I've only been once and I didn't have my Busa, so I was one that was out going through shops in town. I remember seeing coin collection shops, places where you can get some really cool rocks. I know my kids would have loved rummaging through those stores. Other shops I remember were novelty food stores where you can buy local made hot pepper jellies and such. I'm sure there's tons more; I've only been the one time. It was a cool little town.

Hopefully others that have been more often will chime in.

Not sure what there is for kids, but shopping includes, food, clothing, coffee, pawn, knife shops, leather shops, kitchen supply, novelty, craft, etc.

Okay...tentative plan is to roll out Saturday morning and make it to back to Dallas Monday evening. Hang out with the kids Tuesday-Wednesday then leave early Thursday for ES. We should get there mid day Thursday hang out to Sunday then slab it back to VT in 2 days. This will put is at about 3600 miles plus whatever we do with the group.

As we firm out routes and plans, I'll post them up.

That's the only day I'm really worried about, but I have to be back to work on Tuesday morning and I'd rather do the longer day when I'm fresher.

Now I just feel wimpy...

So, I played with maps last night...if I were going to try it, slabbing it just wouldn't cut it, so...
