guess the dogs bellied in under fence went right to exotic bird exhibit and well lunch time

Frankly hearing stuff like this really pisses me off! Irresponsible pet owners should be SHOT ON SITE!! Why is it always the poor dog or cat or horse or bunny rabbit that must suffer...

I feel sorry for the dogs and the birds...neither deserved what they got.....
