Not Drunk (at least not on the bike)
Gots my license (and a few points)
Don't text on my bike OR stunt
Always were my helmet
US Citizen (and Vetern)
Pro 2nd Amendment
Don't hate Palin I just think she is funny
Definately left leaning on many issues (as long as they are in line with the constitution)
I think President Obama is doing pretty well for the ten whole months he has been in office.

I know...ill prob get fire for this, but anyways, i dont think a cellphone wether or not the driver WAS on it, has an impact on this crash, IMO....if the rider was going slower he would of had time to react IF, a cellphone wileding driver was the cause, BUT.....in this case it seems that he or she was going a bit above the limit and that is what caused the crash....on another note...the airhorn mod works GREAT and does wonders on unsuspected cellphone wielders!!

THE MAIN POINT GANG IS BE SAFE, AND CAUTIOUS AROUND THOSE CELL PHONES. THERE ARE FAR TOO MANY ACCIDENTS AND CLOSE CALLS.

and keept it well under 150 too
