Cell phone law needed.

Yea I guess. Except for the drunk that rearended me while on the phone. I was on I-95 N @ 70mph, just south of Jacksonville.

Just make it harder to get a liscence in the first place... more stringent testing and education to make people more attentive drivers. Then we don't have to keep lowering the bar to accomodate the lowest common denominator.

If you can't pass the tests? 50cc's on 2 wheels for you.
