Let's see it, what fancy schmancy foods did you guys cook up over the 4th?

I made:

• 2 Slab Pork Ribs
• 2 Slab Beef Ribs
• 1 Brisket

My dad deep-fried a turkey so I didn't get to Q at my own house At least it didn't cost me anything Sorry no pics...

The wife and I had rib eye grass fed organic. With some russet baked potatoes and a salad. I drank a summertime blue moon wheat beer and the wife had a blue dog blueberry beer. (she then promptly passed out)


I've never been fortunate enough to have a deep fried turkey, I hear they are fantastic.

I did a tri-tip, boneless pork ribs, cheddar stuffed burgers, and dogs. I don't even remember if we had anything but that lol (sides I mean).
