Cooked ribs all dang day.....

I told my staff that we would have a pot luck at work and I would provide the meat... Of course on my team lots of competitive spirit so it has turned into a BBQ cook off. I marinated 8 slabs of ribs for over 12 hours then smoked them for 5 hours... finished off in the oven for a few minutes just to soak in the flavor..... Should be an all day food fest tomorrow.

Any leftovers?

Not a single bone.... I took the ribs to work and put them in one of those large roasters... We fired that thing up about 10am and put the heat on med with some water in the bottom to help keep the meat from drying... By 11am the entire floor smelled like we were smoking the ribs in the break room and by 11:30 the complaints started rolling in. We ate about noon and actually had some folks from other teams go and complain that were filling the floor up with the smell of food and they weren't getting any... WAAAAAHHHH The team ate every last piece there was.....
