Dads not well so I'm in London.

As some of you might know my dad has got lung cancer and a aneurysm in his stomach.

Got a phone call last night form my mum, that dad had collapsed.
They took him to the hospital and gave him some tests, but couldn't find anything, so they discharged him later on.

I couldn't get down yesterday, but got here this morning.
Mum said he had a fit this morning as well.

He seems Ok, I've just got to keep my eye on him and get him to hospital if something happens again.
Mum had trouble getting him to go to the hospital yesterday, he wouldn't go at first, but the paramedics persuaded him in the end.

He is 84 and his memory is going, he keeps on forgetting and repeating things, so I'm staying here to help him and my mum out.
Mums birthday is today, the 13th, shes 83.

Don't know how long I will be here.

The doctors seem to be taking ages to decide, what to operate on first, so I'm going to get in touch with his nurse, so I can find out what's happening.

I know what he will want to do tomorrow, go out to pay his rent and other stuff he does on Saturdays, so I'll have to try and keep him in, his stubborn.

Anyway that's all for now.

Dads been asleep most of the day.

My brother thinks he might have discharged himself, so his going to phone the hospital tomorrow to find out.

Mum says thank you for all the birthday messages.

I've been sorting out dads computer, it's taken me nearly all day, doing updates and stuff.

I'm downstairs with mum, she's been watching all her quiz shows and soaps, only one more to go and I think she'll put the football on.
