Yes but that has been going on since the ban dropped and I know personally of tons of people I wouldn't trust with a spitwad much less a weapon, yet they are gun owners. We had a guy not too long ago shoot himself while playing with a gun and a cops stepson shooting another child with the Leo's weapon in their home. Irresponsibility doesn't limit itself to certain group and its becoming more so just a part of the human condition it seems.
