Biz insurance help plz

Hi Gang,
My buddy here in Chico own's a motorcycle shop and recently bought a new dyno. Hw has mounted it in a large box truck. He plans on not only running it from his shop, but also taking it out to Thunder Hill on a regular basis. Problem is he cant find an insurance carrier for liability / injury ... for bikes and people.

Any insurance experts out there? Hit me up. Thanx - Kent
