So I had my throttle bodies sync'd, which did smooth out the idle nicely, and now I hear a new knocking noise.
It's a hollow kind of knock, which only happens when I come to a stop (clutch in or out doesn't matter). It goes away after two or three cycles of four or so knocks. I never hear it during warm up, or hear / feel it while riding, only after riding then stopping.
The mechanic that did the throttle body sync, said it sounds like, sorry I don't remember exactly maybe cam gear or tensioner, "walking around" and that it's normal.
2005 hayabusa, with about 3,000 miles on it. No mods. Thank you.
