Another Dead Rider here in North Georgia

just goes back to the decisions we make. Sux for the family but at least this string of decisions only impacted the one making the decisions. Could have been more tragic had someone been in the way and also got injured.

The one point of the article that was good to read was that the police did not enter into the high speed pursuit. Perhaps they realized that it could have actually made things worse to push the rider harder and ultimately could have caused a more tragic ending

This reminds me a of another story from about 3 years ago in ATL that ended on an even worse note. The rider was going well over the limit with a female passenger on the back. They were being pursued by the police and the rider lost control and went head on into a brick wall. Both the rider and passenger were killed by the impact.

Very sad.
