Speaking of lawsuits. Don't mean to thread jack but you describe the lawsuit happy aspects of these neighbors. I own a few rental properties. One of my tenants had a dog (not allowed in the lease) they were secretly keeping on the property. That dog got out and bit a neighbor. I was sued since I owned the property. It was a mess and it is becoming indicative of how things are going to work in this country. 70% of the WORLDS attorneys practice in the U.S. So they will sue whatever has money in order to survive. The insurance companines are cash cows waiting to be slaughtered. We, you and I, will pay the price for these lawsuits.

Then I go to evict for lease violations. Takes months. I had a hefty deposit that kept me from losing any money but things are getting bad just trying to get along here in this country.
