2nd Amendment

The SIG is my all time favorite, Tuned action, custom coatings from ROBAR, and Tritium sights. Absolutely the one weapon I am 100% proficient with. It's basically a "point-N-Hit" weapon out to about 50yrds. If I can see it, I can drill nice little fist sized clusters in it....

I'm from TEXAS, need I say more !!

I need more long guns. I had a great Win Defender 20-ga. pistol-grip that got stolen back in 01. I really miss it. I've been looking to replace it either with a nickel-plated 12 ga. Defender or that Mossberg 500. It is just something about sound of the slide that should make any would-be home invader shid himself.

As far as pistols I have several here and some at mom's house. Take your pic: 9mm Ruger, 45 Springfield, Walther PPKs 380, 38 Ruger, 357 Ruger, and an old-school 25.

What is everyones favorite load? I prefer Rem Golden Sabres. I really wish I could get some LEO grade ammo.

Aaaah I've found the right post... I'll try to post pics this weekend. .357 Ruger SP101, keltec P3AT, glock 23, springfield national match 1911, HK usp 45 expert, mossberg 500 and bushmaster carbon 15 w/flat top receiver.

Already have a Remington 700 BDL, 22-250, (2)10-22, P-89, (3)30-30, 30-06, and a new Savage 22 cal for my son. See you at the range...

PS most of these are at my home of record (military) so I did not bring them all with the move

We luvs our guns, luvs our guns....

Some of the weapons you guys are talking about ain't kosher here in California. Go figure: I can buy a big-boomer hand cannon like the S&W .500 (in a 4" barrel, no less!), but I can't buy a single-shot .50 cal. rifle. AND, if I have a pre-ban magazine bought before the ban (awfully wordy sentence, I know), I can spray-and-pray all I want, but I can't have a MP-5 (or SP-89, the "legal" MP-5K version) in a similar caliber (9mm or .40 S&W).

I like .45s, mostly, 1911 or the Euro varieties. Who's up for a Hayabusa.org shoot-'em-up fest in Los Angeles?

Responsible gun owners, HERE?

Yeah, CA is a very good example of what happens to your gun rights if you sit on yer a$$ and don't do anything about it. Everyone take note: Be watchful and don't let it happen in YOUR state.

Still, we have a nice collection but we haven't been out in a while. The wiff and I both shoot and love it! Always!

VFRGuy, how 'bout Burro Canyon some day? Or anywhere out your way would be just as good!

no assualt weapons
Whoa Nelly...

Please don't fall into that revisionist word trap.  An "Assault Weapon" is a sub-caliber, magazine or belt fed, select-fire weapon capable of fully-automatic fire.

Just because the pissheads in congress call something an assault weapon doesn't mean it is.  If they call a dog a horse that doesn't mean we have to saddle it up and ride it into town...

CJAJ, how do you like your 300.

I have a .338 ultra on a 700 remmington action with custom 2 stage match trigger, topped off with a leupold vari-X 3 scope. The only part of me that doesn't love the rifle is my right shoulder.

Chris
Spend the money and have a break put on it, makes it extremely loud but nice to shoot. I love mine its actually a flutted mid bull, remington sendero, i did the trigger, harris bipod, a custom break that is made about 20 miles from were i live, currently between scopes however.

PM me if you want pics of the break
