there's been lots of discussion as to whether or not this was actually 220+.  

I personally don't think so after watching the white lines on the highway, they don't seem to be going by fast enough....

but maybe that's just me.

definitely not doing 220.....ive had mine wide open and the needle doesnt move nowhere near as fast as that one when you get past 180. i believe he had 220 guages on a bike that came stock with 186. and also he might have dropped a front tooth.

Naaahhh...its not 220mph...not even near...takes bit longer than that and the view on the cam...doesn't even justfy near 200mph...nice trick but...(not so many ppl went to the point like all of us do, so they can confuse ordinary ppl with guage tricks, but...we all know, better than that...you can say, "been there done that..."

That vid was a member here still might be he is running full built with a turbo lives in Louisiana i believe and last time this was posted made offers to people to come and prove him wrong don't think i would take that bet .. Think it is physco busa or something would have to look for it but there is pictures posted of it ...

I didn't even click the link but I know it's ROBOPTI'S Busa. He has had it well over 240. Yes it is true. The refresh rate on some cameras are just not up to par at high speeds.

I had recently did a 190 mph (GPS verified) pass and had it recorded on a digital camera. I didn't even bother posting it. It didn't even look impressive.

Actually if you count correctly he clicks into 6th at 205 and you see the tach drop too. I must go with 220 over 186 non corrected gauges and down one tooth in the front.

i have this video on a cd of mine....actually this guy has i think 3 different cameras on the bike. i know for sure he has 2. the one seen here and a vid of one somewhere close to the right side pass peg. give me a sec and ill try to find the other views of the same vid

FYI ... I posted a video of a top speed run on my at the time brand new 05 Busa - still had the damn temp tags on - wouldn't go any faster - we all know a stocker pegged out is prob doing high 170s - low 180s - look at the damn lines on this one - looks like i'm crawling .... look at my closure speed



and then ... I FREAKING promise you ... I was pouring on a lil power in this video ... and this was 6 FREAKING psi - My LOWEST boost setting at the time on the silver bike ... and it was a joke .. ask the 2 lame ass R1s at the end what they think of 6psi .. and i was handling the throttle like a fine ##### - didn't even bother downshifting .. and yes ... look at those slow slow lines



NOW ... I've said it once ... and I'll say it again ... of course this will be in reference to my new bike which is literally 10-14 days away from be finished ... ANYONE - AND I MEAN ANYONE that doesn't think my bike will go that fast that quickly or would like to know what power is all about - bring your happy ass down to what's left of New Orleans - and I'll give ya a first hand glimpse into POWER - then we'll go grab a million beers on Bourbon Street
