Hey all, im about to ride over to the shop and get sone Q2s. Can you all chime in on the differences in profiles(55/50) and why or how the busa responds to the two sizes?

On the track maybe I would have noticed a difference with the 55, for street riding nah.

Just ordered my 190/55/17 and 120/60/17 Michelin's Pilot Road 3's last night. $303 to the door.
Hoping that the taller tire will tame the +3 Read sprocket a little. Will update later

The 55 will make a noticeable difference in the way your bike goes into corners. It makes the initial tip-in much easier.

I have it +1" in the rear and the 55 feels a bit squrrilly so I went back to 50. With stock height or lowered I say 55 might be better. Either way the 55 is very noticeably quicker turn in like everyone says, even on street.

DITTO!! I agree 100%!!

Also, the Schnitz racing 1" raising link made it MUCH nicer as well. With the 55 AND the link, my bike feels NIGHT AND DAY better!!

Depends on what kind of riding you are going to be doing. I switch between 190/50, 190/55, and 180/55.
