1500 Horsepower is a coming

Well I started on my Ford GT motor build. If you dont know the Ford Gt motor is 5.4 Liter and has an all aluminum block that can handle 2500 horsepower without a sweat.

Disassembled the motor down to the bare block and installed Screw in freeze plugs.

Those main caps are huge and the block looks super rugged..

The only things that I'm going to upgrade
Billet Crankshaft
Connecting rods
Pistons oil pump
Valve Springs

The stock internals can handle 1200 hp but I may run compound boost (superchagrer and twin turbos) or just twin turbos. I havent made up my mind yet. Since the majority of parts can remain stock it wil be cheaper to build this motor instead of using an Iron block. Here is a pic of the stock connecting rod and Piston.
