according to the suzuki websight, the 09 weighs 203kg (448 lbs.). dont know why but it seems that the bikes are getting a little fatter every year since 04???

HUMMM.... makes you think is it worth me getting the busa worked over this winter or just dump it and the 6 on a the 1K?

I heard the last few years bike where not measured on rolling weight but dry wieght with no fluids in. may or may not be true

This year I'm seeing alot of curb weight on the bike sights.Curb weight is not dry weight.

If I didn't have bad knees I might have gotten the 1000 but I'm sooooo........ glad that I got my 08 and I don't care if it's 50 lbs heavier.

Dam it's got more power than the Busa :unhappy: Well that s depressing so that means I get my azz handed to me in the top end too ??? What a cruel world :sulk: Now the comfortable seating geometry is all I have to cherish.

Nice bike, but the 09 will be light years ahead in terms of performance over that 06'.
