I know there has been debate because of Easter falling on the normal weekend. I have booked the following for 2011 and I know a few others have too. Lets not debate in this one. There will be .org folks at the Phillips both weekends in April and thats just the way its gonna be...

I dont care if she is over run with Miatas while I'm there...

I booked 205, 207/209 for The Grumpys and GIXERHP for these dates. Anastasia will be with us in April.

April 17-24 Sun to Sun(Easter)

and

September 21-25 Wed to Sun

I have a great rub for ribs... Toss in some hickory and smoke 'em low 'n slow for about 12 hrs
