They make some good stuff!

Welcome to the 'Busa site. Gotta be careful, here, though. We will have you wanting a 'Busa before long, LOL!

Oh trust me it is on the top of the "to get" list. I want a Busa/14/New 1K to go along with my Turbo'd R1. That way me if someone thinks they got me I can just run back by the house, put up my new pretty bike, and drag out the Yamaha and crack some ass. the R will be my 1/4 mile, Texas mile bike, grudge bike, and the newer one will be my cruiser beast.
I have had a few 600's, a 954, and now this R1, now I just want another nice newer, super clean bike.

Yep she was definitely gehto before
You think the bike was bad you shoulda seen the owner!! And he had a truck to match the bike!!!

Hey, flat black is cool. And, don't forget--Yamaha's got some world-class riders: Ben Spies (well, he's moving to MotoGP), Valentino Rossi, and Jorge Lorenzo.

:welcome: That is a great signature you have there too funny

And that first paint job. To think some one thought that was a GOOD idea. We should report the sport bike abuse.

I think it's obvious... if you're here, you want a Busa for your second bike..

I've got a 2004 Yamaha Warrior 1700 and I love it. That nu R1 with the cross-plane
crank is really something. Wish Suzuki would do that for the Busa.:please:

Damn thats nuts, I guess our bike owners were related. Mine came from the Tex/Mex border, so that explains most of it. I do honestly feel like the 98-01 R1's are some of the best looking bikes. Well except for that big ass ghetto booty they have anyway. I plan on changing my tail fairing out with something else, maybe the newer R1.????

OIndeed I have been a Rossi fan since way before he(or me for that matter) rode a Yamaha

Yeah the new R1 is a crazy bike, one of my riding buddies has a 09 White/red one. Awesome bike, and I swear it sounds exactly like a superbike at wot.

Thanks again to everyone else!!

I doubt a new R1 is in my budget anytime soon:rofl: But that would be my first choice with a lucky Lotto ticket. I couldn't see if you had an aftermarket undertail or not, after doing alot of searching, I found a company called Pimpbikeundertails .com, best form and fit of anything I could find at that time
