Yall stip out your drain plugs... thought of this?

You could yell at me, I don't tourque my plug. Never had a problem hot or cold.

Me either, I'm probably into 14 oil changes, only torque wrench I ever used on
the oil bolt is my right arm built in torque wrench (goes with my butt dynometer,
both are fairly accurate)...anyway 14 oil changes never a leak and...AND...
still use the original crush washer tah-dah

Hot or cold temp????? Way too much over thinking a simple issue. Just torque it down and go ride.

I drain my bike then give it a couple hours (maybe all night) to let the engine cool down before torque the oil drain bolt back down cause warm/hot cases I feel could weaken the aluminum ever so slightly....

I don't like to leave anything sit without oil for fear I would start it....

Never thought about it being hot or cold because I always change the oil when she's cold... And I just don't trust torque wrenches for this, always go off of feeling...
