I experienced a tank slapper on my Busa two weeks ago during some experimenting. I was testing acceleration in fisrt gear from a decent roll. I found out that in addition to the front wheel comming up when it went back down I got a much scarier ride. I don't know if this is normal but it happened all the same.

Wobble from slamming the front tire down from a wheelie isn't the same as speed wobble. Every bike is going to try to throw you if you don't land it right. I've landed the front tire at 80MPH+ without any wobble. I know there are guys on the board who have done it at highter speeds than that.

Never had an issue with headshake. The damper on the Busa is very good. In areas where I thought it would happen, it held its own.
