Yes...the bolt up pattern of the mid pipes is the same. The dimension is different at the connection to the header, but both generation mid pipe ends are the same. I know, I have both and have swapped slip ons between both.

Scorpion makes some good stuff. Had a CF Scorpion can on my ZRX1200, excellent quality and sounded great.

I love my r-22's dual slip-ons. They look good and sound great, but if your going for preformance go with the full yoshi system!

Yes they will bolt up, but the left side hanger mount will be off. Had too grind mine off and reweld one back on. It's a lot of work. here is a pic. I have a set of yosh slipons if you want for the 08 cheap and in great shape.
