I,m wanting to know if your getting that burbling , popping etc thru the exhaust on deceleration that you often get once you have fitted straight thru mufflers

So are you saying it will burble , etc without the reed valve block off, I new it would need it blocked off for a full system . Just hoped I could get away without having to do it with just slip ons

Mine pop , not bad, not very often. Usually at higher revs, off throttle on a downhill.

I have slip-ons and the way I ride it is not noticeable. I did not do the reed valve mod.

I have the R-77 Slip-Ons. With the baffle out, depending on how I accelerate/decelerate I can hear the pops. For example, if I rev high in first, and then suddenly let off the throttle completely, it pops as it decelerates quickly.

You also hear pops more in the cold.

With the marble mod, I no longer hear pops.
