What’s your favorite modest mod?

All this has been done to the bike before I got it:
-Hump storage mod
-Under tail expanded storage cut out.
-Rear fender delete.
-DID drag gold chain
-Hotbodies darkened tail lights and smoothed turned signals.
-Smaller discrete passenger pegs
-90 degree gold metallic air valves (front and back)
-Foldaway shifter and brake pegs.
- Yoshimura- 4-2-1 exhaust system with Carbon fiber can.
-Frankenbolt delete, replaced with blacked out bolts.
-Shaped comfort seat.
-Techspec snake skin side and center tank grips
- Frame plugs
-Translogic Quickshifter. (up only)
-Heavier oil weight swap in steering stabilizer
-Heli bars
-HEL Steel braided lines brake and clutch (race set up)
-2009 Brembo master cylinder from Yamaha R1
-2013 Brembo Calipers
-EBC 4.4mm thick front rotors
-EBC Double H sintered pads (front)
-EBC Organic pads (rear)
-HID headlight with Phillips bulb upgrade 4300k temp
-Bazzaz TC with O2 delete
-K&N Air filter.

I painted the front and back foot peg mounts and the rear tail and front fender. I've cleaned and waxed almost every part so far. Gixxer mirrors are coming and I replaced the hand grips with a gel set.

It was a great buy , that bike has been carefully setup to ride by the previous owner , and you was smart enough to recognize the opportunity , and now you are laughing !! What better feeling is there , to know you have that bike in the garage bro !!!

Thanks big man, I knew as soon as I saw it I wanted it. I bought it at a dealer but found the previous owner-he even gave me a memory stick with the videos of the dyno runs and manuals.

Top 3 Mods anyone could achieve best bang for buck, Quick turn throttle by Schintz don't have to think what year R1 or about trimming the end greater performance and comfort on any ride; Air box mod & PAIR vale block off plates. Ok 4 irridium plugs too.

New SS braided lines front & back, HH rated pads and chrome caliper covers were put on during the facelift.

Mechanic took the picture while installing these:

The pods were install before the braided line and calipers to have more working room.

Haven't been home to see the finished result though I like the look so far.
