Another thought on rough idle, especially when cold. A TPS out of tune can do that. Switch to dealer mode to read the codes. The dash in front of C00 should be in the middle when the bike idles (like this "-C00"). Mine was at the top and bike was idling pretty rough. It took just a few min to adjust it to stay in the middle. When I was playing with it, the moment you move the TPS so that the dash goes up top (TPS moved counterclockwise), the engine is about to die. As soon as I moved it clockwise and the dash went into the middle or even to the bottom, it idled normally.

Something else I noticed, when you switch to dealer mode, the revs go up by a little - like 100 - 200 rpm, not by much, but you can tell by the sound. Maybe it's the PC which adds it, maybe the ECM.
