VA fall ride?

Haahaahaa, same here...I know it's just a cruise but, I have the urge to buy a bunch of crap for the bike. New meat front/back, HH's f/b, SS lines on the front, new chain and both sprockets 17/43 to move my big a55. Calling in sick on the 8th to put it all on, tune up and clean up. haahaa

The ride today was fantastic! Sage, Rudy (Sage's friend), and I rode the Oct. 9th course and believe me, you all will love it. It has a wide variety of roads and scenery. Sage took pictures and notes and said that he will fill everyone in on the details soon! Thanks Sage!

Arrive Luray Walmart ( Hwy 211 and 340 )at 10:30 am
Rest 20 minutes

Arrive Elkton McDonalds ( hwy 33 and 340 ) at 11:45 am
Rest and eat lunch for 50 minutes
Depart Elkton McDonalds at 12:35 pm
Travel for 34 miles
Arrive Gordonsville Amoco ( hwy 33 and 15 ) at 1:10 pm
Rest for 30 minutes
Depart Gordonsvile Amoco at 1:40 pm
Travel for 40 miles

At this point the weather looks good mid 40's in the morning and into the lower 70's by afternoon for the 9th. Rode with 04BusaVA Oct. 1 and he plans to ride and I'll be two up.

That's correct. It is a small strip mall on the north side of 211, and is undergoing a face lift. We picked it because we figured it had a good size parking lot that was visible from the road, and not too many riders, if anyone, would need gas or food until we got to Luray. It will serve as a good place to let others join us.

I was thinking that was the exit where everyone's meeting...haven't taken the time yet to look at a map...

I'll get it straight before Saturday...or, I'll be riding somewhere with the hubby without the Busa gang...

Sounds right GM. We'll probably roll out of the Holiday Inn parking lot at 17 & I-95 no later than 9:00 AM. That puts us in Warrenton close to 9:30 AM. Do you know where we are meeting at in Warrenton?
