Turn Signal Stalks

Okay...I love the look of all the intergraded tail lights and turn signal eliminators out there. However, I really want to keep my OEM rear turn signals for safety reasons. I just can't get past not having dedicated tail lights and turn signals. I know, I know...it sounds corny. Anyway, are there any aftermarket rear turn signals out there that can replace the OEM stalks?

Lots of them out there. I thought of using a set of Lockhart Phillips if I did not like integrated taillight. You could always get an undertail and license plate holder, mount it and wire up the stalks to it.
