YesI talked to barry and he agreed that the flat spot won't hurt anything and it's just a minor annoyance to me.
As far as the negative stuff goes I think most people are quick to go negative and slow to go positive.My story started out badly but the folks at velocity turned it around and I've got nothing but praise for them.The way a company responds to the negativity says alot and velocity handled it very well.
