At 46 i find my self doing longer burnouts-
in second gear-and better wheelies than when i was 18 on the Kaw H1/Suzuki 500T's i had at the time. "Where can you use a 175hp, 200mph
motorcycle?"--In immortal words of one industry hack "Any side Street"-I tour too, at about 120 in third, just waiting for the motor to hit at 6,000-enjoy your bike. Busa's
are too user friendly not to whack. For luggage try UPS, or Fed Ex. You ship your gear ahead and pick it up at the motel.

I live in the UK and will be taking delivery of a bronze / silver Busa in a few weeks.
As the speed limit here is only 70mph - I obviously won't be able to experiment with the power and speed talked about here - and just have to enjoy the benefits this give to slower riding.
I intend taking touring trips around mainland Europe (short four day trips etc)
with my good lady as pillion.
Can anyone suggest a suitable type of luggage
carrying equipment (apart from the wife).
Regards to the USA, Steve

OK then - you've convinced me - maybe i'll see if it'll do 80mph !!!
Seriously though - I'm 35 but feel like like a kid waiting for Xmas.
Like Ares (earlier posts) - this will be my first bike for many years, and I don't want to re-start the discussion on whether I should get it - I'm relly looking forward to using the bike as a tourer. For me, all that power should translate into a much smoother, more comfortable ride at normal riding speeds
