Today's the Day... I don't want to do this.

I have a hearing this morning, meet my lawyer at the court at 10:30.
It'll go one of two ways, I'll get a bunch of money, or not.
I didn't sleep much last night, woke up at 2am, and the rain has kept me awake ever since. I really don't want to go though this, I just really don't want to deal. I've never dreaded anything so much in my whole life.

I was injured in a 40 car pileup 14 years ago on Dec. 22. It was a nightmare.
Icy mountain road between Denver airport and Breckenridge.
Any money I do get will not be near enough to make up for what I've lost.

I went through a similar situation last june, an accident that left me injured for the rest of my life and changed everything for me,accident was in novenber of 03


I used to be a competitive bodybuilder,I cant even train legs now.

torn L5-S1
2 other full herniations and nerve damge to both arms

I got t-boned when a guy failed to see the importance of stopping at his stop sign.

long story short
went to court last june,hearing lasted 5 days.
I did win a 6 figure settlement but would give every penny to be normal again

I swore i wouldnt do it again,it just added frustration to the injury

Hey i know I pick at ya, but I really hope this works in your favor. My mom and step-dad were in an accident a few years ago and have been dealing with hospital bills and stuff, they don't go to trial (or settle) until May 09. Hang in there.

great. The court lost a stack of evidence two inches thick. The hearing is postponed until at least January. Then I get to go through this all over again. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers everybody.
