Tips fo Yosh. R77 Installation

Hello fellow Busa brothers and sisters.
Since I have kinda recovered from the plastic removal shock, does anyone have any tips for installing the Yosh. R77 full exhaust? What needs to be removed and / or what doesn't need to be. Also does anyone know what the header/manifold bolts should be torqued at? Any and all tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I almost forgot. I am taking the advice of many here and not installing a Power Commander at this time. Do you have to remove both sides of the fairing to do that install later?

Unbolt the coolers and the brackets but just wire tie them up to the forks to get them out of the way. It also helps to remove the horn. If the plastics are already off then you should be good to go.

You won't need the exhaust gaskets when install the header pipes.

To install a PC you need to remove the saddle and raise the fuel tank. In case you also disconnect the O2-sensor, which I did, you need to loose the R-side fairing on the bottom to pull it out a bit, but it doesn't need to be removed. It is all very simple.
