Timing of dyno tune

As summer is (sort of) drawing to a close, and my bike is nearing the 1,000 mile (post break in) milestone, does it make sense to wait a few weeks until the weather cools off some before getting it dyno tuned? I know the ECU should compensate for temps, but just wondering how well a 100F, high humidity dyno tune job will fare during the winter.

B-King is running fine, a little slobbery off the bottom after install Yoshi slips and the supplied map, so I can wait a bit if necessary. I certainly don't want to spend the money now and then wish all winter I had waited a bit.

Thanks.
