John acted as though he was aware of no problems and everything was fine...I find that hard to believe. They had called me tuesday to verify that I had recieved the part and requested that I call them and let them know...out of courtesy I attempted at least 5 times at different times of days this week and phone has rung off hook with no answer..I`ll not try again. He seemed to care about all the bad press and I made him very aware that I was one of them and that I had enough of this crap...parts or full refund. I don`t know how to take this crowd..fairly good product but very poor business practices...hope they improve ...the next part if I ever order from them again will definetly be in my hand before I pay for it....
