jpeg images are too big....how to shrink???

Open with paint then go to "Image">"Stretch/Skew" then enter a percentage less than 100 in the skew fields... Save as and check the properties to make sure it is small enough.

the dimensions fit but not the pic size....im still over 100 mb

if you are running XP go here and download "Image Resizer"

Alternately, you can use Outlook / outlook express to send yourself the photo, it will resize it correctly usually...

i think i got it had to send a pic from the cell to email to pictures to here....d@mn that was hard!!!
