Sprocket Replacement

Best I can tell from my manual. The front sprocket on my '06 is completely different.

My 06 and 02 sprockets where the same , thats different with yours?

No one asked what sized sprockets he was replacing with? Could have been they were too big for the OE chain.

Then the chain would be TOO tight...NO SLACK

Lubricate the axle before you insert it in the rim. Then torque to specs.

I still trying to figure this one out....(but glad problem is resolved)

It was the stock sprocket. Besides, the chain was never too tight. But that's something to consider if I ever run into someone with a similiar problem.

Axle is well lubed, but not over so.. She's good now.
