We did skyline as our 1st long run weekend on the bikes when we got them....great ride but alot of traffic (Memorial weekend 06)

As I rode down the narrow empty drive, It occured to me what a tourist trap this place could be when it's busy and everyone drives 35mph, and people are constantly taking attention off the road for scenery.
Ill have to "time" my trips right, so I don't get stuck in traffic, maybe go on weekday, when the weather turns nice.

On a side note, I upgraded my 08 with the Schnitz Racing higher amp battery, I'm curious to see what riding in traffic on a hot day with both fans running continuously (while rpms are low) does. Might be a difficult start, if try to restart warm after extended traffic jam. Fun things to learn.

Nice to see others have enjoyed the drive and how different it is during the year.
