awesome thank you so much for the offer, i will see what happens the heads seem to be stripping... ive tried banging on it and its a long screw that goes through the weight so im going to try an impact extractor if that doesnt work im cutting the weight off

my powdercoater gave me an amazing price on everything so i told him to do everything but when i went to pick them up today he hadnt even touched them yet and is going to be gone till the 9th and i go to the dyno on the 6th so i took my parts home and started doing them myself. So far they look pretty good.

Powder job looks good. As I mentioned in my previous post that it is not difficult if you take your time and be thorough. We did at least $200 worth of PC for about $75 and still have powder and the equipment left over.

yeah ill know tonight how good they look, i was having a problem with our gun last night so we went and bought a harbor freight gun and it was just dumping out tons of powder so theres heavy spots and a couple light spots from what i got at my 30 second glimpse today

Since i got stuck painting the wheels and the swingarm here is how they turned out, according to the paint rep the paint we used is a super hard industrial single stage paint so it should hold up well to rock chips etc according to him.
