Pics of Women : Random Thoughts

The number of non-bike threads is out of control imo.  It takes away from this site as this has become a virtual dumping ground to talk about almost anything.  Again, my $.02.

Normally i would agree but then again i think its neat the way this board has a place for this information under random thoughts seen a lot of neat things along with some good reading so i'm thankful when somebody comes across something they think would be appropriate they post it up I'm guilty of posting more in random thoughts then bike related  

+1 I'm guilty as well...VERY guilty...

I have gotten to know so much about everyone here by just joking around in the Random Thoughts forum...sure, it's silly at times, but it's all in good fun and it does help all of us join in, get to know each other...if it was JUST Busa talk, we'd all get bored and find real lives...

For us less than conversational (ie. mildly psychotic) folks, is there a chance that a new post-ho thread can be started? I kinda thought of it as a place for good therapy!

I wasn't going to say anything to this post, but I feel the need to back up VA..

As a woman poster, it is a little uncomfortable to see some of these girly pics that get posted. Not that there is anything wrong with a pretty girl, but seeing camel toes, butt cracks and nips is going to far. If I want to see that, I'd go surf some porn sites, not a motorcycle forum.

VA's post of the men was a poke in the ribs. But you notice, it still didn't have butt cracks or johnson's peeking out in any of the pics.

I think the mods do a great job here.. keep it up ya'll.

OK...enough of this shid people. I STARTED the thread!!! I didn't do it to offend anyone!! In ANY sport (except for maybe golf), there are pictures of women. And to who ever said that bikes/cars and girls don't go together...well, you need to wake up!! I hate to tell you this, but...they do!!
I didn't realize that people could be as picky as some of the people on this board. Most of the pics were fine, but as the Cap said, there were a couple of questionable ones. Those should have been deleted. But most of them were acceptable. Why close an entire thread due to a couple of pics?? And the TITLE to the thread was CLEARLY stated, so if you didn't want to see nice looking women...no body was forcing you to click on it.
As a whole, we did pretty well policing the thread ourselves. I even told SPEEDEMON that he may want to remove one pic in particular....which he DID, and he did it quickly.
The thread that Michelle started...so what?! Women on this board have a right to post pics of guys if they want to. Us guys do not have to look if we don't want to. Heck, I was having fun playing around with her on her thread.
AND, as much as I love my Busa...there are other things to talk about. That is what the random thoughts section is for. I have learned alot from the different posts in that section.
YES, I am still a newbie!!, and I really appreciate the Cap keeping this site around. It is free and I can't complain about his wishes, but I can voice my opinion.
It all boils down to the point of if you see a title, you don't have to open it. PICS OF WOMEN..hmmmm, wonder what that thread is about?!!...c'mon!!
I have met alot of good people through this site, and I hope I don't offend anyone, but dayum, closing an entire thread, because of a pic? That is just pointless. There are those of us that like to see women (tastefully done). Does that make us freaks or perverts...I don't think so!



Michelle, and Speedemon...Not trying to single you guys out. I know Michelle is a VERY nice and caring person, and I would hope that she knows I think highly of her. Speedemon is a cool guy. He has a very pretty wife and has every right to be proud of her.

To all that enjoyed the topic, I am sorry it was deleted. I enjoyed it too, but I guess WE are the minority. Some people just don't agree with our thinking.


And if a female leaves the site because of a topic that she didn't even have to open...well, that is another issue.

The difference is that you are expecting the mods (minority number) to police the board and just delete the ones that they feel are questionable. You guys think that all we do is surf this board to clean up after members that can't use common sense... I put the responsibility back on the members to police themselves... I find it amazing that even after this long thread you guys still dont get it. If the thread was left open the same problem would occur again trust me I've seen this over and over.. You cant give 500 - 600 folks a day free access to anything and expect them all to have the same opinion. Since there is always someone that takes it to the extreme we simply nip it the first time and move on... Maybe the next time someone that has read this thread will remember what happens when questionable content is posted....
