rain? rain is a good thing, it's the snow and ice later that you need to think twice about.

Snow and ice, what are they? How long do you actually ride in Alaska? I'm thankful I live in a place where I can ride all year. I have never seen ice or snow on a road down here.

well this time wait till its raining before it burns up and then drive it around in the rain, it will last longer than the last time... riding in the rain is a preference, I hate to do it, some people like it. its like riding thru a sheet of little pellets if your not all geared up though so make sure your gear is all on... and be careful

I have owned 2 bikes in my life, and both times It rained when I went to pick them up. I now consider it a tradition to ride my new vehicles home in the rain. Just be careful!

I rode mine home in the rain. I was very ginger on the throttle though. Those tires had .5 miles on them!

Ride the 'dang thing...but be careful!! BTW red looks good,
blue/silver is fast, but the truth is the black/purple is the
