I am trying to be as "forward thinking" as I can about my upcoming road trip. My rider has been with me on several rides while I rode a Suzuki Boulevard (C90T) and two short (200 mile) rides with me on my Busa. While she enjoyed the C90T, she is definitely a Busa girl now.

My brother-in-law is fabricating my luggage rack and sissy bar now (no place up here for me to) so that will help a good bit, but I was curious if anyone lowered the rear pegs for their rider comfort?

What else have you two-up guys done? pics?

This idea has been thrown around few times. Not sure if anyone has done it. Is a pain to due from the angle the pegs attach to the brace. But something like this is what you are thinking?...

This is a pic of my bike before i bought it from my step dad, he made a backrest for my mom and she said it made the ride 100 times better. The back was very easy to make, he made it from the stock hand bar.

That looks good. Did he just weld the uprights to the grab rail?

Nuttin; no soft saddle bags for extended trips. Backpack is a pain.
